Application for VA Status
Iqra School has applied for Voluntary Aided Status and, by the Grace of Almighty God, is in the process of securing state sector funding.
This will make the School the first and only VA Islamic School in Oxfordshire.
Iqra School would like to thank Rt Hon Andrew Smith MP, Cllr Keith Mitchell, the Leader of the County Council, Cllr Michael Waine, Head of the Oxfordshire LA, Dr Akram Cheema OBE and everyone who is participating in this honourable cause for their immense help and support.
